About me
Elvira de la Torre is the Interventionist for the Educational Options department in the Kern High School District, where she helps all schools in the district conduct home visits. Mrs. de la Torre has been with the district for 23 years, working with out-of-control teens and their parents and providing parenting classes throughout the district. Mrs. de la Torre serves as a member of the Student Attendance Review Board (SARB) and Truancy Reduction & Attendance Coalition of Kern (TRACK).
