About me
Stephan Lambert is the Prevention Coordinator at the Orange County Department of Education. He has seventeen years of experience in substance use prevention, positive youth development, and family and community engagement. In his role at OCDE, he supervises an alcohol and other drug prevention program funded by the Orange County Health Care Agency, coordinates a CDE-funded Tobacco-Use Prevention Education program to provide countywide technical assistance and training, supports a statewide Tobacco-Use Prevention Education capacity building project, and assists schools and districts with a variety of other needs related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention.
