Mary McDaniel serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Springs Charter Schools, where she acts as the Homeless and Foster Youth Liaison and advocates for parenting students. In her current role, Mary is dedicated to ensuring that underserved and vulnerable student populations have the resources and support they need to succeed academically and personally.
Mary brings over 20 years of experience advocating for underrepresented communities, a passion she began nurturing in her home area of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly to bridge gaps in access, opportunity, and support for students and families facing significant challenges. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to equity, community empowerment, and advocacy for marginalized groups.
