About me
Jessica Rose Mathy currently serves as the MTSS District Coordinator at Calexico Unified School District, where she leads the districtwide implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). With over a decade of experience in K-12 education, her background in educational leadership has been instrumental in fostering a culture of social-emotional learning and student support. She is passionate about school climate, behavior intervention, and leadership development. Previously, Jessica served as Assistant Principal of Special Programs at Central Union High School District, where she co-led the creation of At Promise House, an initiative featured in ACSA’s EdCal magazine (https://edcal.acsa.org/welcome-to-at-promise-house). In her current role, she co-presented Building Broadband for MTSS on EdWeb (https://home.edweb.net/webinar/accelerate20230928/), highlighting the intersection of technology and student support systems. Jessica’s dedication to MTSS, SEL, PBIS, and school climate brings her to this conference, where she looks forward to collaborating and sharing knowledge and resources.
