About me
Erin Peterson, M.Ed. is the Director of Educational Services for the Roseville City School District. In her current role, she oversees the implementation of Multi Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), including attendance practices and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across the district. This includes developing a professional development plan, supporting site teams and leaders with the implementation of their site based MTSS systems, and fostering the growth and improvement of district MTSS systems in order to achieve coherence and alignment across all 21 schools. Erin has 21 years in education and began her career as an elementary school teacher and a middle school math teacher. After 10 years in the classroom, she expanded her leadership to school site administration as an elementary school principal. During her tenure as a principal, she worked alongside her site team to implement PBIS from the ground up on her campus with robust systems in place to support all students through inclusive and data based, targeted interventions.
